Each individual player is permitted to hold one vinpkr account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. vinpkr uses technical and manual review processes to detect multiple accounts. Confirmed multi-account holders will have all accounts closed and all balances forfeited without exception.
vinpkr is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. This process is mandatory and non-negotiable.

vinpkr does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the depositing player's own name. Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned and the vinpkr account suspended pending investigation.
vinpkr offers various promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion as published at the time of the offer, in addition to these General Terms. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering primarily or exclusively on low-margin games to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim one-time bonuses more than once, using automated software to wager bonus funds, or using coordinated accounts to exploit referral programmes, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vinpkr will void the bonus, associated winnings, and may terminate the account where abuse is confirmed.
All games available on vinpkr — including slots, live dealer table games, fishing games, crash titles, and virtual sports — are provided subject to the rules of each individual game as published within the game interface, and the following general provisions.
Winnings from a single game round, bet, or bonus conversion may be subject to a maximum win cap as stated in the specific game or promotion terms. Where no specific limit is stated, vinpkr's standard maximum single-session win cap of Rs 10,00,000 applies. Winnings exceeding this threshold are subject to review before payment.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vinpkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of any balances, and may be reported to relevant legal authorities where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
vinpkr's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the vinpkr Privacy Policy, which forms an incorporated part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.
Key data practices relevant to these Terms include: CNIC data collected for KYC purposes is stored securely and used solely for age and identity verification in compliance with vinpkr's international licensing obligations. Payment method details are processed through a third-party encrypted payment gateway and are not stored on vinpkr's servers in full form. Betting and session data is retained in your account history and is accessible to you at any time via the transaction history function.

vinpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, vinpkr will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a platform notification visible on their next login. The effective date of the revised Terms will be published on this page.
Your continued use of the vinpkr Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure prior to the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vinpkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
In the first instance, all complaints must be submitted to vinpkr's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. vinpkr will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, the dispute escalation procedure available under vinpkr's licensing framework may be invoked.
Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms must be raised with vinpkr within 60 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised after this period may be time-barred and vinpkr reserves the right not to consider them.
vinpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where vinpkr has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, is using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform or other users.
On voluntary account closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balance is forfeited on account closure unless otherwise stipulated in specific promotion terms.
Players who have been self-excluded or permanently banned for Terms violations are prohibited from re-registering on vinpkr under any name, email address, device, or payment method. Circumvention of a ban constitutes a further breach of these Terms.
